Reading some stories that came in the overnight mail, we are reminded just how much we in the communications business need to pay close attention to just that ? communicating ?

It seems to not be a strong suit for many in the radio business for whatever reason ?

When we left the life of day-to-day radio business from the inside of a manager?s office for the world of consulting that issue became more and more evident ?

Whether you use ?Twitter? or ?Facebook? or some other social media it does matter how you communicate, for what reason and how quickly it?s done ?

Being responsive is truly meaningful in the real world and says a great deal about who you are and what you value ?

Keep it brief, to the point and timely ? it?s that easy and with only 140 characters if you ?Tweet? then it?s even easier! Just make sure you do it ? whatever service you use ?
